So I was cleaning my place and thinking about upgrading gcc on my
workstation, cleaning got boring, went on to upgrade.

If you've used rpm w/out any wrapper you know what happend next.

So, I grabbed APT RPM port from Conectiva (http://conectiva.com.br), built
it on Red Hat 7.1 (this includes a kludge in the build, not sure why it was
doing this particular thing) and packaged it as RPM of course.

Then setup an APT RPM repository on a machine and tried it...

apt-get update:

	...
	Fetched 362kB in 1s (224kB/s)
	Processing File Dependencies... Done
	Reading Package Lists... Done
	Building Dependency Tree... Done

So far so good...

apt-get check:

	Reading Package Lists... Done
	Building Dependency Tree... Done

Looking good...

apt-get upgrade:

	...
47 packages upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 3 not upgraded.
Need to get 58.0MB of archives. After unpacking 3308kB will be freed.
Do you want to continue? [Y/n] y

Wow, it works ;)

apt-get install FreeWnn (no idea what this is but it had a FreeWnn-common
dependancy):

	...
0 packages upgraded, 2 newly installed, 0 to remove and 3 not upgraded.
Need to get 1765kB of archives. After unpacking 5128kB will be used.
Do you want to continue? [Y/n] y

It really works... neat..

Anyone wants to try it?
	ftp://ftp.luni.org/pub/redhat/apt/apt-0.3.19cnc50-2sv.i386.rpm
(it's signed with http://sevatech.com/seva/seva-gpg-key.txt)

If everything looks ok, I'll package it up for Red Hat Linux 7.2 and upload
it to Red Hat's contrib.
