[LUNI] Sprint wireless expanding coverage

Don't ask me for any more about this, because this snippet is all I know
about it:

I post this only becasue I know at least a couple folks have complained
about being a little too far out for this service.  It sounds like they're
getting an okay to increase the power, so it *could* help if you were just
too far out.  If you're obstructed, or on the wrong side of the hill, well,
sorry 'bout that.
