Back when I was at The Nut^H^Het Squad, I set up mail scanning using
amavis with McAffee's Linux version all running under Postfix.  It was
pretty slick and managed to catch quite a few viruses.  Unfortuately,
before I was laid off from TNS, we never found anyone we could actually
buy the McAfee Linux version from.

Then they laid me off and I stopped looking.

I imagine you could use it to scan local disk shares as well, but I
never got that far.  :)
