[LUNI] LCDs

Greetings,
	I'm looking to put a 20x4 Crystal Fontz LCD (mini) display on
my computer (see: crystalfontz.com).  I found LCDproc (its on 
sourceforge.com) to handle the software/driver end, but no good 
documentation. Anyone know where I can find a nice HOWTO on Linux
LCDs? I have searched through LDP, Google, Google's Deja, Linux.com, etc.
as well as the download of the LCDproc itself. The largest howto I found
in /docs/ and was not very helpful.  Any input?
