[LUNI] PCI slots 64bit 32bit compatibility

Jay,
Some are, yes.  Many PCI cards are set up like this:

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^  ^^^^^^^
with only one break in the pins.  These are 32 bit only.
There are others set up like this:
^^^^^^  ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^  ^^^^^^^
These are 64 bit compatible cards.  Generally, you will see firewire, 
gigabit ethernet, DV, RAID, etc cards set up this way.
