Before you scp, make sure you generate an rsa keypair and cat
id_rsa.pub>>~user/.ssh/authorized_keys. Also, make sure the id_rsa
component is in the local ssh key cache (ssh-add ~/.ssh/id_rsa).
Otherwise, you'll be prompted for a password for user at remotehost.
