I too have only been on this list for two year.  I was in Florida before.  I 
gleamed the schedule with-in the first month. Went to all the meetings with-
in two months (CLUG, NWLUG, WCLUG, plus a few more).  Made good 
friends with quite a few others via those meetings. I have posted that simple 
schedule list here on Luni at least twice in those two years (last time was 
late last year).  I sent a copy NPLUG when they started to hold meetings on 
the same night as WCLUG (it was conflict for me, I was looking to attend).

Remember meetings need a schedule, if there is not one then no one will be 
back for the next one.  So once you know one date, you can project when 
the next ones will be.  This is akin to debugging a program, look for a pattern 
and see if it reproduces. You can make mistakes, I went to a LinuxFest to 
find it was not there, it was the month when the computer show "skipped".
