I'll see if I can dig up a refernce to it, but as best I recall those
infinitely repeating numbers are an error code LILO is getting.  If you
could capture the first few characters you would probbaly see some portion
of LILO (I *think* it was "LI" the time I had something munged up).

In the meantime, maybe you could tell us a little bit about the
configuration.  You've got rather too many pieces there for guesswork to do
much good.  :-)  Things like what device are you booting off of, and what
partition is the kernel image on, and so forth.
