[LUNI] Help please

Hello all,
I think I am about to loose a drive, or the controller is about to give
out.
I am finding the following messages in "/var/messages":

FYI: hdc is the drive where I have redhat loaded, hdc is my cdrom.  I
hope it isn's the
controler.  I have never played with installing or removing it.  The
hard drive I have no 
problem replacing it.
