Which Iso and what server (exact url please).
Oh and how are you trying to DL, http or ftp?
Also I didn't know there was a 3.1 release, as AFAIK there is no official 
3.0 release yet, just unofficial images of woody (testing).
The current stable version is 2.2r5 (potato) IIRC.
Woody (testing) or release 3.0 is still in the process of freezing, and 
there are no official ISO's yet.
I just downloaded several of the woody snapshots a couple of weeks ago, 
version 02/07/2002 which went just fine (well there was that one glitch 
with Netscrap on a Winblows machine and a corrupted ISO due to Netscrap D/L 
in the wrong mode).

Also where are you located?
I'm at the far north side of Chicago, almost into Evanston, if the images 
that I have will help you.
