They called me back on the 5th, but to a wrong number (i told them to use 
cell, they ignored it), called them back today, they scheduled me for Monday 
again.

Someone else on the list said that they got it installed...

Once, if, I get it installed, I'll let you (and the list) know of the speeds 
I get from say luni.org and kernel.org and sunsite.unc.edu (metalab).

Call them back, I bet they have something sooner... But they may have been 
able to schedule me sooner because of the no-show.

They've actually been pretty good so far as service, even thought the
installer hasn't actually showed up ;)
