[LUNI] Sendmail and Perl

I was wondering if anyone has a clue to this.

We have a Perl script setup to fire off an email through Sendmail from an
HTML form but it doesn't send.  It says it did once it processes the form,
but no go.  I can send email from a Sendmail account though.

we're using a script found here.

Everything in the form seems configed fine.

Any clues?
