I've never seen it, but I never used any of the beta versions of 2.4 (as
long as Linus is "maintaining" it, it's beta).  So all I can say from
personal experience is that the tulip driver builds and works fine from
2.4.16 to 2.4.18, including many of the pre and rc steps along the way.
