You have to run bbkeys - which is not part of the manager itself. Blackbox
takes a very simplistic approach. bbkeys itself is very easy to use and

Extremely. Load up your favorite text editor and get to work. The
format is easy enough that you don't have to 'learn' to to do it, you
just figure it out by example.

Easy enough. Could be easier, but it would take away from simpliscity.

Easy. I made my own style/theme. A bunch are available on themes.org.
A lot of people make their own because it is very simple to do.

Well, with the style you control the look and feel of the windows
and apps. If that is what you are asking...?

I dislike GUI administration tools. In Slackware, you just edit
a configuration file for everything with your favorite editor. Blackbox
and many other managers do not incorperate such features.
