[LUNI] Copyright office is accepting public comments on the DMCA

In reading the copyright office's guidelines, it appears that by "class of 
work" they mean music, or video, or technical books, etc. They do NOT mean 
the use of the information, such as personal, teaching, etc.

They also want specific instances where the prohibition of circumnavigation 
has hurt you or your organization. They say they don't want hypotheticals.
