[LUNI] root getting mount read-only

I just scp'd my root directory to another computer, made it reiserfs, and 
scp'd it back.

Now it keeps on getting mounted read-only and I can't figure out how to change 
this.

It's mounted with the "noatime" option in fstab, and has numbers 1 0:

     /dev/hda7     /    reiserfs      noatime     1    0

Any help appreciated.
