[LUNI] Network help please

I still can't get to the how-to pages. However, I looked at the
settings
for the firewall. It is set to "High". I tried changing it to "Medium"
by using the "Security Level" option. After making the modification, I
checked again, and it was still setting at "High". I then I took a look
at the man pages for iptables. Since I saw that the file is created by
"lokkit", I tried changing it from within "lokkit". Same result.
Help please
