[LUNI] Regenerate all binaries?

I find it rather interesting that there is not enough time to rebuild but 
there is enough time to hope to find everything which was rooted, manually 
reload all the binaries, and again hope that the box is clean and able to be 
safely used until enough time is found to rebuild it.  I _hope_ there is no 
confidential or proprietary information or code on this machine and none 
which is going to be put on it until it is 'rebuilt'.

I just 'rebuilt' my box with a fresh format and install.  I had all of my data 
back in place and applications running again after a total of 4 hours.  
Granted, I try to keep the layout of my machines rather organized so that I 
just need some things from my home directory and then only have two or three 
other locations which I need to gather my data from (no executables are 
supposed to be in any of those locations and therefore none are allowed to 
run from them).  I do need to keep better documentation though.

Al personal programs I had running I recompiled and placed in their proper 
locations on the new machine.
