[LUNI] Sony VAIO laptop opinions wanted

I sent one back to Sony to fix.  Nothing wrong with the computer part,
but the physical part had a warped case (I've since heard this is
common in single latch laptops), cracked case hinge, broken latch. 

They only wanted $350, more or less.

Of course, the CD is now dead.  Otherwise, it works.
