[LUNI] Customize the PS1 prompt

With all of the examples that have flowed since my initial request I have
what I need (If my memory serves me):

PS1="\n[  On: \l    As: \u    In: \w ] \n\$ "

A little wasteful of screen lines but the white space is good for
readability.   It really simplifies knowing what virtual terminal I am in as
who.
