Now I have more info from the IBD today on an article about wireless
number portability. The big three are Verizon, SBC and BellSouth. So
Verizon is New York, SBC is Dallas and BellSouth is Atlanta. They own
local wireline businesses whereas AT&T Wireless, TMobile USA and Nextel
don't.
