[LUNI] cell phone and netaccess/computer

Sprint is out of the question for me.  I currently live on the 47th
floor and anyone with Sprint that comes over doesn't hardly work.  I
also need it to work in Southern California which Sprint says they cover
but really don't (well they might, but the signal sucks).
