[LUNI] ICFP 2003 Programming Contest.

	There's a programming contest held every year by the International
Conference on Functional Programming. I always hear about it afterwards on
Slashdot.org. This year, I noticed that it's going to happen on June 28th,
that's this Saturday!

	Of course, the contest goes until Monday night so it still favors
academics (likely to have the summer off) over normal working stiffs.
Still, I think it'd be fun to "play along" ie. develop a solution over
your own available 72 hours and compare it to the winners.
