You just needed one click "up".  I dunno if it was obvious or not.  It
was to me because I know that's where a .../debian directory would be
found relative to the source tree.  I'd like to think I would have
tried that even if I weren't familiar with Debian's practices - "when
dropped into a strange web site/directory tree that's not obviously
irrelevant, look around" is the general principle - but I can't know
for sure.
