[LUNI] can't install jrun under linux - PLEASE HELPJeff Gutierrez jeff at mapua.orgFri Jun 27 16:15:13 CDT 2003
#> #[poorav at alpha jrun]$ ./jrun-40-linux-en.bin #> #Preparing to install... #> #WARNING: /tmp does not have enough disk space! #> # Attempting to use /home/poorav for install base and tmp dir. #> #Extracting the installation resources from the installer archive... #> #Configuring the installer for this system's environment... #> # # #I am in fact running this from command line, if i want to run the installer in #gui i am supposed to add the '-i gui' option. i did not understand what you #meant by adding /home/poorav. the installer has not created anything in my home #directory. any ideas? # I suggested adding /home/poorav in the CLASSPATH since the installer hinted that the files were extracted in your home directory (see WARNING message.) Check ~/poorav and ~/poorav/tmp if one of them has the jrun installation files. If you see them, add the directory to the CLASSPATH and try the installer again. Note: My suggestions were derived only from the information you sent. They may or may not work. HTH jeff -- -- Jeff Gutierrez (jeff at gutierrez.ph) Pinoy Ako! May reklamo?
