#Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/zerog/lax/LAX

#
#I have searched long and hard to find a solution for this and everywhere the
#cause seems to point towards setting up the correct PATH and JAVA_HOME
#variables. I am pretty sure i have them set correctly. do i need to set any
#CLASSPATH variables as well?

You don't have to since all the files are in the binary file. But the installer's probably expecting the classes to be in /tmp; they're not in your case. Add /home/poorav or whatever the installer created in your home directory. If it doesn't work, try installing jrun via the commandline (zerog is GUI installer.)
