I wanted to take a moment and thank the attendees of last night's WCLUG meeting.  It was great being able to have the opportunity to put names and faces with the email addresses that I've seen over the many months I have been subscribed to this list.  Free CDs of Knoppix were being distributed, lots of information passed, and plenty of tech-talk was had by all.  I got to get re-acquainted with a friend from many years ago (back in the C=64 days!) and got more information about the next C=64 expo in October.

If there was one lesson learned, it was that one does not bring a laptop with Windows to a LUG meeting.  IF anything, boot to a CD with Knoppix on it.  =)

I'll be trying to make my way around to other LUG meetings, as well.
