I got one from CDW.  

Tip: On the drive I had (dont' know about Dell, this was a Compaq or
Toshiba), it had a non-standard connector and I thought I was stumped. 
Turns out it was just an adaptor that easily came off and revealed the
standard 40+ pins (regular 40 for IDE plus however many for power, I
forget).
