[LUNI] Upside down windows (OT)

This allows for connection to a LCD that may be mounted upside down
(altho most LCD's allow you to flip the display), or other situations
where the display maybe viewed from a non standard position.  

I would guess that someone is messing with her.  I think the keystroke
to flip is ctrl-alt-arrows.

No idea if this is possible with X.
