[LUNI] reply-to-list

Since 99% of the replies to messages on this list really should go to 
the list so that everyone can see them, disabling the Reply-To line 
seems to me a rather pointless waste of time.

The only reason to NOT have the Reply-To line there is if the majority 
of messages really should go only to the individual privately; and 
that's very very few lists.  (For sale and Personals lists are about all 
I can think of.)
