	"Their cut for every call"? To what does this refer? Perhaps to the
per-call or per-minute charges they _don't_ have?

	Oh. That's as opposed to the useless edition that can't
interoperate with the POTS network. Right...if you have that, then blocking
random connections probably wouldn't be a good idea...after all, the
spammers will be the only people able to reach you. :)
