Sorry, I didn't read your email carefully.  You currently have NO OS.

I'm not sure the legality, but there are places where you can buy TiVo certified
disks with the TiVo OS already installed.

You can Google tivo upgrades for more.

Also without a remote, TiVo is 100% useless.  You can buy a remote from
www.tivo.com (I'd recommend that).
