[LUNI] Dynamic DNS/IP...

I just setup up easydns.. it looks promising... now, i gotta wait for
my dns server changes to propregate... I'll let you know it turns
out...

though it does eliminated the need for the no-ip.com since easydns
provides their own clients (perl script) to update the IP addresse.
