I just set this up today myself. I used http://www.everydns.net/ and
followed these instructions: http://tinyurl.com/4lmkz Took a while to
set up, but it wasn't too terrible.

RCN does the same port blocking thing. Does Comcast? I'm thinking of
switching when I move.
