i suppose if we wanted to spend a little time we could look up the
SSN's of a bunch of ppl that are no longer using them, ie. 'long'
deceased.
or are SSN's recycled?  i wouldn't think so.
anyway, if we could harvest SSN's from ppl that dies 20+ years ago
they would appear valid and wouldn't have any effect on their owners
and shouldn't have any effect on their owners surviving relatives.
maybe someone in the city could stop by city hall and find out how to
get this info.  i'm sure our Chicago politicians already have lists...
