90V!!!  i thought it was 12V..?  i've been bit doing this before.  it
was kinda funny.  i was helping my dad splice a new line into our
existing phone line when i was a kid.  he asked me to hold the wires
while he did something and then someone called. :D  it was quite
funny.  scared the crap out of me at the time though.  but it wasn't a
big jolt other than being a surprise.
