[LUNI] Any other ways to run Phython in Apache besides mod_python?

To clarify, my mailman cgi scripts are located in:
$ pwd && ls
admin confirm edithtml options rmlist savannah
admindb create listinfo private roster subscribe
A someone strange location, I'll agree; it is the default location of
debian's mailman installation.
