Look at TigerDirect:
AMD Sempron - 299 (after 100 rebate, but only 399) - 512MG, 160G hard, DVD, etc. - not bad and NEW (parts might last longer than a used box).
I have my qualms about TD, but they do have some nice prices on some low end equipment. Also, you can pick it up in Naperville.
