[LUNI] attachment MIME types

I will confess that I am testing this on The Operating System That Must
Not Be Named, but I was just able to attach a .ics file in gmail and
it applied the text/calendar mime type.  Perhaps it reads the mime type
from your browser (I'm using Firefox, but on TOSTMNBN).
