[LUNI] Best IMAP email provider?

Define use it?  Do you want to transfer your email to your imap provider? 
Do you want to spoof you email to look as if it's sent from @yahoo.com?  I
have sbc dsl with yahoo and they don't provide imap service nor does
gmail.  I've never used msn nor care to, but I don't believe they do
either.
