Damian Conway, one of the primary designers of Perl 6, as well as, the
author of the Perl Best Practices volume from O'Reilly is going to be
in the US early this fall.  Right now he has Wednesday September 27 to
Friday September 29 free from corporate obligation already booked in
Boston and NYC and is willing to drop by Chicago since we were so good
to him during YAPC::NA 2006.  Does anyone have a corporate or
university gig that might get him to the Second City?

Damian is a featured speaker at O'Reilly's Open Source Conference, the
Perl Foundation's YAPC, and other professional events world-wide.  He
has amazing talks on VIM, Perl Best Practices, and all of the other
Cxap that you might be working on.
