I mount the windows ntfs partition in ubuntu and transfer the files to my
home directory as needed. I mainly use the linux partition and keep the
windows one around for things i can't do in linux yet.. like quicktime
movies and flash 9. I know there are other ways of sharing files, one of
which is to have a 3rd partition that's fat32 so both OSes can read it
natively.
