It can be in anything, but I will need to know what to install. I have 
the normal python, bash, gcc, perl, etc. installed now.
It needs to be non-interactive. I want to run something over night and 
come back with a text file full of duplicate files and
where they are do I can manually go and delete them.

SQL is fine if you want to do that.
