[LUNI] <Off Topic> Setting up a corp in Illinois (follow up)

Okay, after my smartass comment on using apt to get IL forms...

I have a question for everyone who responded to Jay with their suggestions
on how to incorporate:  did you use a local attorney or not, and how do you
feel about your decision?

I'm weighing the pros and cons of using an online service to actually form
the corp/LLC.  Online seems quick and possibly cheaper, but a local attorney
allows me to have a "registered agent" nearby.

(Per the recommendation of someone on this group, I will visit a CPA for tax
advice. Thanks.)
