Just as a heads up, if you're only paying up to $44k for this, you'll 
never fill this job with anyone worth their salt.  Anyone with the 
knowledge you mention below is worth at least $55k.

Hell, I'm making more than you're offering, and I barely qualify for 
what you're asking -- and I'm underpaid by about 20%.
