[LUNI] virtual hosting providers?

Is there a reason you wish to use a VPS over a shared host? Unless you really
prefer to have direct control over you virtual OS, I would think that going
with a decent shared host may work better for you. By decent, I mean one
that doesn't oversell their servers like most tend to do (and don't forget
reliability and overall quality of service).
