[LUNI] OT - Fiber internet

It was originally Fiber to the Node.

However, it appears that some of the first sites that had this (in Texas) are in process of being switched over to FTTP.

>From what I've read (if it's correct), AT&T's Lightspeed was supposed to be 
FTTP.
