[LUNI] Networking question -SOLVED ( I think )

The router is an SMC and the switch is a linksys.

Is this a Cisco equipment  I have found their autonegotiation between 10 
Mbps and 100 Mbps sometimes gets the wrong rate.  Then it decides the 
link has too high an error  rate (Duh) and takes the port out of service.
