[LUNI] I know some cool programs that need a home

I know this is sort of off list topic as it is programatic and not linux, 
but it is important to those who are NPO or community focused. 

But I know a guy with a few grants that total up to about $100,000 a year 
that is looking for a facility on the north or northwest side (say albany 
park??) to run some technology programs.  The grant allows for a 8% 
administrative fee paid to the host agency.  He needs a classroom from 
3:30pm until 8:00pm monday, tuesday wednesday and thursday; as well as 
reasonable access to a computer lab for his students each day.  Friday he 
needs a classroom (and computer lab) from 4:00pm till midnight.  He needs a 
classroom for every other Saturday from 11:00am till 3:00pm 

Its a lot to ask for $8,000.
