This proves not to be the case: I don't use Thunderbird, nor would I
want to automatically import random crap from a mailing list.  Look,
you want to use web page effects, I'm certain you're smart enough to
make a web page.  Mailing lists are for people to *read*.  What could
be simpler or more obvious?
