[LUNI] Anonymous domain registrars

I never cared enough *cough* I mean I was always too cheap to pay the
privacy fee.  But godaddy does give me the option to buy privacy, which I
presume is they give their info as registrar instead of my own.

Most decent registrars will give you the option to do so.  I'm sure
godaddy isn't the only one.
